Hotel Front Desk Agent (Rotating Shifts) – Fixed-Term

At this business hotel in Boksburg, you'll turn bookings into happy stays. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll report in Boksburg. Relocation is not covered for this one. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Balance your cash float and card slips before handover.
• Manage OTA bookings coming in from online travel channels.
• Allocate rooms and pass early check-ins to housekeeping.
• Handle complaints at the desk and log them for the duty manager.
• Store guest details securely in line with POPIA.

• Calm with an unhappy guest at 11pm
• Confident on a computer and quick to learn a property system
• Clear spoken and written English
• A hospitality or tourism diploma, or 1 year at a hotel front desk

• Amadeus or Galileo training for travel roles
• Revenue or yield management exposure
• Opera PMS or Protel certificate

• Night-shift allowance
