Guest Relations Officer (Resort)

You'll handle check-ins, bookings and questions at a business hotel in Vanderbijlpark. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

• Check guests in and out on Opera or Protel, and scan IDs and passports.
• Take card pre-authorisations and settle folios at checkout.
