Hotel Front Desk Agent (Rotating Shifts) – Immediate Start

Running the front desk of a boutique guesthouse in Pretoria East means calm service and a clean shift balance. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

You'll report in Pretoria East. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Handle complaints at the desk and log them for the duty manager.
• Answer booking emails and calls, and quote rates from the rate sheet.
• Book shuttles, dinner reservations and game drives for guests.
• Manage OTA bookings coming in from online travel channels.
• Balance your cash float and card slips before handover.
• Store guest details securely in line with POPIA.
• Take card pre-authorisations and settle folios at checkout.

• You can work rotating shifts, including nights
• A hospitality or tourism diploma, or 1 year at a hotel front desk
• Matric
• Honest with cash and card payments
• Clear spoken and written English

• A foreign language such as German, French or Portuguese
• Opera PMS or Protel certificate

• Paid system training in the first month
• Night-shift allowance
• Meals on duty and uniform supplied
