Job Description

Help a mine site office in Gqeberha look after its people, one form and one query at a time. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

You'll report in Gqeberha. Relocation is not covered for this one.

The work, day to day

Capture leave, sick notes and family responsibility leave on the HR system.
Set up new staff files and check that all onboarding forms are signed.
Book training, track attendance and load results for the skills report.
Book pre-employment medicals and qualification checks.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and confirmation letters.

What you need

Matric plus an HR certificate, diploma or degree (or currently studying)
Good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
Neat, organised filing habits
Willing to learn and follow HR procedures closely
Discreet with personal and medical information

Nice if you have

Sage 300 People, PaySpace or another HR system
Minute-taking training
