IT Helpdesk Agent (Night Shift)

You'll be the person who fixes it when laptops, printers and logins break at a managed IT services provider in Ermelo. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

You'll be based at a managed IT services provider in Ermelo. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
• Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
• Write short how-to guides for common user problems
• Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine

• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
• Patient and friendly with non-technical users
• Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
• Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi

• Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices
• Experience with Intune or SCCM for device management

• Travel allowance for field technicians

• Be ready for a practical test on a real laptop or a phone troubleshooting role-play.
• Describe the size of the environment you supported, such as "400 users across 6 branches".
