IT Helpdesk Agent (Night Shift)

Get hands-on support experience at a call centre campus in Hammarsdale, from password resets to new laptop builds. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

The site is in Hammarsdale; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
• Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
• Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
• Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes

• Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
• At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
• Patient and friendly with non-technical users

• Experience with Intune or SCCM for device management
• CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 certification

• Paid certification exams after probation
• Company laptop and cellphone
• Clear path to second-line and systems roles
• Standby pay for after-hours cover

• Be ready for a practical test on a real laptop or a phone troubleshooting role-play.
• List your certifications right under your name; A+ and ITIL are common keyword filters.
