IT Helpdesk Agent (Night Shift)

You'll be the person who fixes it when laptops, printers and logins break at a group of private schools in Rustenburg. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

The site is in Rustenburg; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
• Write short how-to guides for common user problems
• Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
• Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
• Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
• Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues

• At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
• Patient and friendly with non-technical users
• Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
• Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts

• Clear path to second-line and systems roles
