Job Description

Tickets come in all day at this hospital group in Roodepoort, and you close them. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is a hospital group on the Roodepoort side of Gauteng. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

The work, day to day

Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Log, prioritise and update tickets on the service desk system
Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID

You'll need

Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts

Extra points for

ITIL Foundation
Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices
Experience with Intune or SCCM for device management
