Junior Data Analyst (Graduate Programme) – Entry Level

Build the SQL, models and dashboards that run the weekly meeting at a healthcare administrator in Tembisa. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

This post is Tembisa-based, with most of your time spent at a healthcare administrator. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Check data quality and trace odd numbers back to the source
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models
• Build ETL pipelines in SSIS, Azure Data Factory or Python
• Automate weekly reports that used to take hours in Excel
• Present findings to managers in plain language with clear charts
• Write SQL to pull, join and clean data from several sources

• At least 2 years in a data or reporting role (not needed for graduate posts)
• Able to explain what the numbers mean, not just show them
• Strong SQL, including joins, window functions and CTEs
• Careful with sensitive customer data
