Key Account Manager (Packaging)

This office equipment supplier in Hammarsdale wants someone who can open doors and keep accounts for years. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

You'll be based at an office equipment supplier in Hammarsdale. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Work with operations to hand over new clients smoothly.
• Respond to RFQs and tenders with complete supplier packs, including B-BBEE certificates.
• Chase overdue accounts with the credit department before they grow.
• Log every lead, meeting and deal stage in the CRM.
• Visit key accounts monthly and check how the service is going.
• Negotiate contract terms, rentals and service-level agreements.
• Build quotes and proposals with correct pricing and margins.

• Confident with Excel, Outlook and a CRM
• You close deals, not just collect meetings
• Resilient enough to handle long sales cycles and rejection
• Valid driver's licence and your own reliable car

• An existing network of buyers in your sector
• Tender and CSD registration experience
• Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot CRM experience

• Annual incentive trip for top performers
• Basic plus monthly commission on gross profit
• Cellphone contract and laptop
