Key Account Manager (Packaging)

This conference and events venue in Pinetown wants someone who can open doors and keep accounts for years. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

You'll report in Pinetown. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Work with operations to hand over new clients smoothly.
• Negotiate contract terms, rentals and service-level agreements.
• Attend trade shows and industry breakfasts to meet buyers.
• Respond to RFQs and tenders with complete supplier packs, including B-BBEE certificates.
• Forecast monthly sales and report pipeline value each Monday.
• Book and run discovery meetings with buyers and procurement managers.
• Log every lead, meeting and deal stage in the CRM.

• Confident with Excel, Outlook and a CRM
• You close deals, not just collect meetings
• 2 or more years of business-to-business sales with a proven record
• Resilient enough to handle long sales cycles and rejection

• A technical trade or engineering background for sales engineer roles
• Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot CRM experience

• Car allowance and fuel card
