Key Account Merchandising Supervisor – Permanent

This personal care brand needs a rep in Komani who knows the shops, the owners and the numbers. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

This post is in Komani (Eastern Cape). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
• Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.
• Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
• Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.

• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets

• Existing relationships with independent retailers
• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position
• Speaking two or more local languages

• Product samples and staff pricing
• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Branded uniform and safety boots
