Job Description

Packing season at an export fruit packhouse near Mokopane means lots of shifts and lots of work. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is an export fruit packhouse on the Mokopane side of Limpopo.

What your day looks like

Stack empty cartons and punnets ready for the next run
Pack cartons to the export pattern and weight
Help clean the line and machines at the end of the day
Stick labels and batch codes on each carton
Follow food safety rules like hand washing and no jewellery
Move pallets into cold rooms and record temperatures
Check fruit samples and record quality results on the QC sheet

You'll need

Arrives on time for early shifts
Basic counting and reading for labels
Follows hygiene rules at all times
Able to stand at a line for long shifts
