Last-Mile Parcel Driver (E-commerce)

You'll zip parcels, spares or documents around Gqeberha for a courier depot, all day, all over town. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll be based at a courier depot in Gqeberha. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Follow the delivery app for route and stop order
• Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID
• Phone customers when the address is hard to find
• Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands
• Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults

• Polite with customers at the door
• Able to work Saturdays
• Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
• Clean driving record and no criminal record
• Good sense of direction and map reading

• PrDP for staff shuttle posts
• Knowledge of the city's industrial areas

• Branded uniform and rain gear
• Company van, bakkie or scooter provided
• Per-drop incentive on busy days
• Fuel card for work trips

• Say you have a smartphone and know delivery apps. Most courier jobs now run through an app and training time is short.
• For owner-driver jobs, list your vehicle's make, year and load size. They hire the vehicle as much as the driver.
