Job Description

Every parcel scanned, every drop confirmed: that is the job at an engineering firm in Rosslyn. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Location: Rosslyn, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID
Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Phone customers when the address is hard to find
Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area

You'll need

At least 1 year of driving experience
Good sense of direction and map reading
Polite with customers at the door
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
Able to work Saturdays

Helpful, not essential

Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
PrDP for staff shuttle posts
Previous courier or last-mile experience
