Job Description

Clean rooms mean good reviews, and this bush lodge in Centurion lives on reviews. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

This post is Centurion-based, with most of your time spent at a bush lodge.

What your day looks like

Update room status on the housekeeping app or board after each room.
Wash, dry and press linen and table cloths in the laundry.
Mix chemicals safely and store them as the MSDS sheet shows.
Hand in lost property with a written log entry.
Restock minibars, amenities and tea trays and note what was used.

Must-haves

Weekend and public holiday work
Hotel, guesthouse or domestic cleaning experience
Grade 10 or higher
You can finish around 14 rooms in a shift
Fit enough to lift mattresses and push trolleys all day

Helpful, not essential

Laundry machine and steam press experience
Chemical handling training
