Laundry Attendant (Lodge) – Experienced

Every room at this serviced apartment block in Mahikeng should feel brand new, and you'll make that happen. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

You'll report in Mahikeng. Relocation is not covered for this one. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Clean bathrooms, showers and toilets with the correct colour-coded cloths.
• Wash, dry and press linen and table cloths in the laundry.
• Mix chemicals safely and store them as the MSDS sheet shows.
• Vacuum, mop and dust rooms from top to bottom.
• Update room status on the housekeeping app or board after each room.
• Strip beds, make them up with fresh linen and square the corners.

• Hotel, guesthouse or domestic cleaning experience
• Honest and trustworthy around guest belongings
• Fit enough to lift mattresses and push trolleys all day
• You can finish around 14 rooms in a shift
• Grade 10 or higher
• Weekend and public holiday work
