Life Insurance Sales Advisor (Field)

You'll sell cover that families really use, from an insurance telesales floor in Cape Town CBD. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

You'll be based at an insurance telesales floor in Cape Town CBD. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Save policies when clients call to cancel.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.

• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record

• Basic salary plus uncapped commission
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
• CPD hours logged and funded

• Check your credit record before you apply, because a judgment or default will stop your FAIS appointment.
