Job Description

This personal loans branch in Pietermaritzburg pays a basic plus commission, and your pipeline sets the ceiling. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

What your day looks like

Explain waiting periods, exclusions and premiums in plain terms.
Do a needs analysis and match the client to the right product.
Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.

You'll need

You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start

Extra points for

Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance
An existing client book (for field roles)
