Life Insurance Sales Advisor (Field) – Immediate Start

Selling financial products in Sasolburg means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

The work is in Sasolburg, Free State, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
• Do a needs analysis and match the client to the right product.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.

• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy

• A qualification such as a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning
• An existing client book (for field roles)
