You'll clean and set up guest rooms at a bush lodge in Johannesburg CBD to a checklist standard. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

• Mix chemicals safely and store them as the MSDS sheet shows.
• Do evening turndowns with chocolates and curtain closing.
• Report broken fittings, leaks and damage to maintenance.
• Restock minibars, amenities and tea trays and note what was used.
• Hand in lost property with a written log entry.
• Strip beds, make them up with fresh linen and square the corners.
