Loading Bay Hand (Beverage Depot) – Immediate Start

You'll load and offload trucks at a container unpacking yard in Bloemfontein so every delivery goes out full and correct. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

You'll report in Bloemfontein. Relocation is not covered for this one. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Check goods received against the delivery note and flag shorts
• Offload containers by hand, counting cartons as they come off
• Sweep the bay and clear shrink-wrap after each loading
• Strap and secure loads so nothing shifts in transit
• Ride with the driver and carry goods into customers' premises

• Honest; you will be handling customer goods and cash-on-delivery slips
• Friendly with customers at the door
• Able to lift and carry heavy items all day
• Willing to travel on routes that return late

• Speaking more than one local language for customer drops
• A Code 8 or Code 10 licence (a route to becoming a driver)

• Meal allowance on long-route days
• Uniform and safety shoes provided
• Help to get your own licence through the company later
• Route-completion incentives in busy months
