Job Description

The rental property portfolio in Alberton needs a reliable all-rounder to keep the buildings safe and looking good. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

What you'll actually do

Patch, sand and paint walls, doors and ceilings between tenants
Keep the maintenance store tidy and track stock used
Work through the maintenance log each morning and prioritise urgent requests
Lay and repair floor tiles and re-grout wet areas
Replace tap washers, cisterns, shower heads and toilet seats

You'll need

Code 08 licence to run errands to the hardware store
Available for the occasional weekend emergency
Basic painting, tiling, plumbing and carpentry skills
Honest and trusted to work inside occupied units

Extra points for

Gate motor and intercom repair skills
Basic first aid certificate
