You'll keep the front of a specialist orthopaedic rooms in Centurion organised so the doctors can focus on patients. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Home base is a specialist orthopaedic rooms on the Centurion side of Gauteng.

• Code consultations and procedures with ICD-10 and CCSA or NHRPL tariffs
• Send monthly statements and age the debtors book
• Book appointments and manage the doctor's diary on the practice software
• Take payments, issue receipts and balance the cash-up at close
• Answer the phones and send clinical questions to the right nurse or doctor
• Chase short payments with medical schemes and patients

• Friendly on the phone and firm about outstanding accounts
• At least 2 years in a medical practice, hospital or billing bureau
• Matric
• You keep patient information private, every time
• Experience on a practice system such as GoodX, Elixir, Medinol or Healthbridge

• Parking on site
• Free medical consultations for staff at some practices
• Normal practice hours with most weekends off

• Give numbers if you can, such as your rejection rate or how much you cut the 90-day debtors.
• Specialist rooms care about the discipline, so say if you've coded for surgeons, anaesthetists or radiologists.
