• Book appointments and manage the doctor's diary on the practice software
• Check medical aid membership and benefits before each consultation
• Request pre-authorisation for scans, procedures and admissions
• Open patient files and capture consent forms in line with POPIA
• Keep patient records locked and share them only with written consent

• Sound knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical aid tariff codes
• Experience on a practice system such as GoodX, Elixir, Medinol or Healthbridge
• You keep patient information private, every time
• At least 2 years in a medical practice, hospital or billing bureau
