Job Description

Passengers in Pretoria East trust a staff transport contractor to get them there safely, and that trust is on your shoulders. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is in Pretoria East (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

What your day looks like

Keep the bus clean inside and report any damage
Follow speed limits strictly; buses are tracked
Count passengers and make sure nobody stands beyond the limit
Give tourists a friendly welcome and help with luggage on charters
Check passenger tickets, tags or staff cards when boarding
Drive fixed routes and keep to the timetable

Must-haves

Clean driving and criminal record
Punctual for very early starts
Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
Medically fit
Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
At least 3 years of bus or taxi driving
