Job Description

A security company in Brits wants a firm, fair supervisor for its retail portfolio. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

The site is in Brits; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

The work, day to day

Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Do surprise night visits to check posts
Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours

You'll need

Available after hours for emergencies
PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
Firm with staff but fair and consistent
Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
