Job Description

A clean Code 8 licence and good street sense will get you started at an e-commerce delivery hub in Paarl. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Home base is an e-commerce delivery hub on the Paarl side of Western Cape.

The work, day to day

Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature
Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Phone customers when the address is hard to find

You'll need

Clean driving record and no criminal record
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
At least 1 year of driving experience
Good sense of direction and map reading
Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps

Helpful, not essential

Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
Previous courier or last-mile experience
