Handy with a drill, a paintbrush and a tap washer? The shopping centre in Komani has a list waiting for you. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

This post is Komani-based, with most of your time spent at a shopping centre. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Work through the maintenance log each morning and prioritise urgent requests
• Replace tap washers, cisterns, shower heads and toilet seats
• Service pool pumps, gate motors and garage door openers
• Lay and repair floor tiles and re-grout wet areas
• Hang doors, fit locks and adjust sliding door rails

• Basic painting, tiling, plumbing and carpentry skills
• Your own tools are a plus, but safe tool handling is a must
• Code 08 licence to run errands to the hardware store
• Available for the occasional weekend emergency
• Honest and trusted to work inside occupied units
• Grade 10 at least; matric is a plus

• Training on specialised equipment like gate motors and pool plant
• Uniform and safety boots supplied
• Meals on duty at hotel sites
