New Business Development Executive (Logistics)

Your pipeline, your territory, your commission: that is the deal at this office equipment supplier in Khayelitsha. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll report in Khayelitsha. Relocation is not covered for this one. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Forecast monthly sales and report pipeline value each Monday.
• Visit key accounts monthly and check how the service is going.
• Book and run discovery meetings with buyers and procurement managers.
• Build quotes and proposals with correct pricing and margins.
• Log every lead, meeting and deal stage in the CRM.

• Resilient enough to handle long sales cycles and rejection
• 2 or more years of business-to-business sales with a proven record
• Confident with Excel, Outlook and a CRM
• Valid driver's licence and your own reliable car
• Solid presentation and negotiation skills
• Matric plus a sales, marketing or technical qualification

• An existing network of buyers in your sector
• Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot CRM experience
• Tender and CSD registration experience

• Car allowance and fuel card
• Basic plus monthly commission on gross profit
• Pension fund and medical aid contributions
