You'll capture, check and file information for an insurance back office in Prospecton, fast and clean. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

• Check every captured record against the source document for errors.
• Hit daily volume targets with an accuracy score above 98%.
• Update client records when addresses or banking details change.
• Shred and dispose of documents under the retention policy.
• Prepare simple Excel reports on volumes and backlogs.

• Careful with personal information and confidentiality
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with good accuracy
• You can concentrate on repetitive work for a full day
• Basic Excel: sorting, filtering and simple formulas

• SAP, Sage or Pastel experience
• Medical terminology or ICD-10 coding basics

• Training on the company system from day one
• Office hours with overtime paid at the BCEA rate
