This vehicle finance collections floor in Khayelitsha needs a calm negotiator who can hear "no" without giving up. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

Home base is a vehicle finance collections floor on the Khayelitsha side of Western Cape.

• Send written arrangements by SMS or email straight after each call.
• Dial through your arrears book on the auto-dialler and confirm the debtor's identity.
• Track broken promises-to-pay and follow up within 48 hours.
• Report daily on rands collected, contacts made and arrangements set.
• Record reasons for non-payment so the credit team can adjust policy.
• Answer disputes about balances, interest and fees with a printed statement.

• Target-driven and comfortable with commission
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Registered, or willing to register, with the Council for Debt Collectors
• You keep your tone respectful even when the debtor is not

• Structured weekday hours with only occasional Saturdays
