Hit your collection targets at this microlender call centre in Paarl and your commission shows it. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Home base is a microlender call centre on the Paarl side of Western Cape.

Send written arrangements by SMS or email straight after each call.
Dial through your arrears book on the auto-dialler and confirm the debtor's identity.
Track broken promises-to-pay and follow up within 48 hours.
Report daily on rands collected, contacts made and arrangements set.
Record reasons for non-payment so the credit team can adjust policy.
