The site is in East London; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Stack empty cartons and punnets ready for the next run
• Build pallets to the correct height and strap them
• Sort fruit by size, colour and blemish on the packing line
• Stick labels and batch codes on each carton
