Job Description

Fruit from a table grape packhouse near Lephalale ends up on shelves overseas, packed by your hands. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

Home base is a table grape packhouse on the Lephalale side of Limpopo.

What your day looks like

Stack empty cartons and punnets ready for the next run
Keep your packing station clean and free of stems and leaves
Follow food safety rules like hand washing and no jewellery
Build pallets to the correct height and strap them
Help clean the line and machines at the end of the day

Must-haves

Quick and neat with your hands
Valid ID or permit
Available for the full packing season including Saturdays
Follows hygiene rules at all times
Able to stand at a line for long shifts

Helpful, not essential

Previous packhouse work
Forklift licence for palletising roles
Matric for QC posts
