Payroll Bureau Consultant

People get paid right and on time because of you at a payroll bureau in Kariega. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll report in Kariega. Relocation is not covered for this one. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Calculate leave pay, notice pay and final pay under the BCEA
• Compile bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations and issue IRP5 certificates
• Process garnishee orders and third-party deductions
• Declare UIF on uFiling and help staff with UI-19 forms
• Run weekly and monthly payrolls and check the variance reports

• Reliable with deadlines that cannot move
• At least 2 years of full-function payroll
• Sound knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL and the BCEA
• You keep salary information private under POPIA
• Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
• Comfortable with Excel reconciliations

• Knowledge of employment equity and WSP reporting
• SAPP registration as a Payroll Practitioner
