Payroll Bureau Consultant

You'll run weekly and monthly payrolls for a hospitality group in Mokopane, from clock data to bank file. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

Location: Mokopane, Limpopo. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Answer staff payslip queries clearly and in private
• Release the salary bank file for authorisation
• Submit monthly EMP201 returns and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL on eFiling
• Calculate leave pay, notice pay and final pay under the BCEA
• Capture new hires, terminations, increases and deductions before cut-off

• Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
• Matric plus a payroll certificate or diploma
• Comfortable with Excel reconciliations
• You keep salary information private under POPIA
