Payroll Officer (VIP Payroll)

People get paid right and on time because of you at a hospitality group in Pinetown. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

• Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings
• Submit monthly EMP201 returns and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL on eFiling
• Import clock-card data and check overtime against approved hours
• Capture new hires, terminations, increases and deductions before cut-off
• Declare UIF on uFiling and help staff with UI-19 forms
• Run weekly and monthly payrolls and check the variance reports

• Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
• At least 2 years of full-function payroll
• Sound knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL and the BCEA
• Reliable with deadlines that cannot move
