Job Description

You'll run weekly and monthly payrolls for a retail head office in Kariega, accurate to the cent. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is in Kariega (Eastern Cape). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.

The work, day to day

Capture new hires, terminations and changes on Sage 300 People or VIP.
Declare UIF on uFiling and assist staff with UI-19 forms.
Submit the monthly EMP201 on SARS eFiling and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL.
Prepare EMP501 reconciliations and issue IRP5 certificates twice a year.
Answer staff payslip queries clearly and in private.
Run the payroll, check variances and get sign-off before cut-off.

At least 2 years running a full payroll end to end
Trusted with confidential salary data
SARS eFiling and EMP501 reconciliations without supervision
