Job Description

This fitness franchise in Fourways lives on online leads, and you'll keep them coming. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Location: Fourways, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

The work, day to day

Brief photographers, printers and agencies and check proofs.
Design posts and short videos in Canva or Adobe tools.
Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.
Run keyword research and on-page SEO fixes on the website.
Present a monthly results report with what to change next.
Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.

Must-haves

Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean
Good written English with sharp proofreading
A portfolio of campaigns, posts or sites you worked on
A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media

Extra points for

Google Ads or GA4 certification
Photography skills for product shoots
