Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

You'll plan, post and measure campaigns for a digital agency in Fourways. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll report in Fourways. Relocation is not covered for this one. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Brief photographers, printers and agencies and check proofs.
• Write captions, blogs and product copy in a clear local voice.
• Run keyword research and on-page SEO fixes on the website.
• Reply to comments and DMs, and pass sales enquiries to the right person.
• Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.
• Design posts and short videos in Canva or Adobe tools.
• Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.

• Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week
• You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean
• At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
• Good written English with sharp proofreading
• A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media
