Job Description

You'll plan, post and measure campaigns for an online retail store in George. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is in George (Western Cape). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

What your day looks like

Plan a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.
Write captions, blogs and product copy in a clear local voice.
Present a monthly results report with what to change next.
Reply to comments and DMs, and pass sales enquiries to the right person.
Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.

What you need

You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean
Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week
A portfolio of campaigns, posts or sites you worked on
At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
Good written English with sharp proofreading
Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads

Helpful, not essential

WordPress or Shopify experience
Photography skills for product shoots
Google Ads or GA4 certification
