Job Description

Every parcel scanned, every drop confirmed: that is the job at an engineering firm in Brackenfell. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

The work, day to day

Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID
Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area
Phone customers when the address is hard to find
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature

What you need

Able to work Saturdays
At least 1 year of driving experience
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
Good sense of direction and map reading
Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps

Helpful, not essential

Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
