Pick it right, pack it neat, send it out: that's the job at an online grocery fulfilment hub in Springs. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking
• Pick orders from pick slips or a handheld scanner, bin by bin
• Move pallets with a hand pallet jack to the dispatch lane
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes

• You can read product codes and count accurately
• Willing to wear safety boots, a reflector vest and gloves
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift

• Basic computer skills for capturing counts
• Previous picking experience with a handheld RF scanner

• Staff canteen with subsidised meals
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied
