Plumber and Gas Installer (LPG)

You'll sort out burst geysers, leaks and blockages for the property management company in Midrand. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is Midrand-based, with most of your time spent at a property management company.

• Install and repair soil and waste pipes to SANS 10400 Part P
• Fit toilets, basins, showers and mixers to the client's chosen finishes
• Install copper, PEX and PVC piping for new bathrooms and kitchens
• Issue plumbing Certificates of Compliance for completed installations
• Trace hidden leaks using pressure tests and moisture readings

• Fit enough to lift a 150-litre geyser with a helper and work in tight roof spaces
• Able to talk politely to home owners about damage and costs
• Working knowledge of SANS 10252-1 and SANS 10254
• Code 08 licence and a clean driving record

• Heat pump and solar geyser installation experience
• Drain camera and high-pressure jetting experience

• Call-out bonus for every after-hours job you complete
