Job Description

Here in Umhlanga, a soft drink bottling plant needs steady people who can repeat a task well for eight hours. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

The site is in Umhlanga; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

What your day looks like

Follow lock-out procedures when helping with cleaning inside machines
Change over packaging film and labels when the line switches product
Feed raw material or empty packaging into the machine at the start of the line
Help the machine operator clear jams and reload hoppers
Pack finished product into cases and stack them by batch number

What you need

Neat, reliable and on time for shift start
Able to stand for a full shift in a noisy, warm area
Available for rotating day and night shifts
No problem wearing full PPE, including ear protection
