What your day looks like

Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
Book interviews, assessments and background checks.

You'll need

Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
Comfortable with targets for agency roles
