Recruitment Consultant (IT & Finance Agency)

Filling jobs well at a call centre group in Centurion takes hustle, judgment and honest feedback. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

Location: Centurion, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
• Book interviews, assessments and background checks.
• Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
• Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
• Screen CVs and run phone interviews to check fit and salary expectations.

• Comfortable with targets for agency roles
• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes

• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS
• Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting

• Commission on placements for agency roles
• Hybrid working
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
