Job Description

This call centre group in Randburg needs a recruiter who can read a CV fast and a person faster. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

The work is in Randburg, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

What your day looks like

Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
Book interviews, assessments and background checks.
Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.

Must-haves

Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
Comfortable with targets for agency roles
Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience

Extra points for

Experience with psychometric or skills assessments
A niche market such as IT, nursing or engineering
An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS
