Relief Cleaner (Multiple Sites)

A cleaning contractor in Centurion needs dependable cleaners for a shopping centre. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

This post is Centurion-based, with most of your time spent at a shopping centre. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Clean and disinfect toilets, basins and urinals several times a shift
• Report broken fittings, leaks or empty stock to the site supervisor
• Clean glass doors and internal windows without streaks
• Wipe desks, door handles, lift buttons and light switches
• Run a scrubber-dryer machine on large tiled areas
• Refill toilet paper, hand towel and soap dispensers

• Grade 10 or higher
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals safely with gloves
• Able to stand, bend and walk for a full shift
• Able to start early, often 05:00 or 06:00

• Chemical handling training from a supplier or contractor
• Previous contract cleaning experience with a reference
• Tea service or kitchen experience

• Permanent contract once the site contract is secured
• Paid overtime for weekend deep cleans
• Uniform and cleaning gloves provided
• UIF and paid leave under the cleaning sector rules

• Mention any machines you can use, like a scrubber or polisher. Machine cleaners are harder to find and often get picked first.
